Season 3 Episode 3 of Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory!

This episode titled "Cheese Ballers!" might be my favorite episode of the season, at least so far. The thing with Fantasy Factory...once you see an episode, you don't think it could get any better, that is until next week's episode comes and you are blown away. This episode was so incredible. "Cheese Ballers!" features the Fantasy Factory crew entering in a national grilled cheese competition. We also see a lot of Torey Pudwill, a professional skateboarder on Rob's Streetleague.

If you are a fan of Fantasy Factory, you already know that the show features a lot of ridiculously outrageous basketball shots. In the series premiere, Rob installed basketball hoops in the factory to prepare for a visit from Lamar Odom. Some of the hoops are regulation height, and others are a lot taller. In the first scene of the show, we see Rob - dressed in an all white outfit - making one handed shots from both the half court line AND the 3 quarter line. It's pretty safe to say if Rob wasn't a professional skateboarder and he was a tiny bit taller...he might have made a career playing for the NBA. The entire crew was around and it was nice to finally see Jeremy and Tracy make an appearance!

The show cuts to the opening credits and when we come back, Rob has a grill set up on the desk in his office and he is making grilled cheese sandwiches. Drama comes in, looking confused as always, and asks Rob what he was doing. Rob explains that he was trying to make the best tasting grilled cheese sandwich of all time. He said that he was making a grilled cheese sandwich the other day, and he wondered if there was a place he could actually get his grilled cheese sandwich judged. He looked it up, and luckily for him there WAS such a competition! Even luckier, It was held annually in Los Angeles! Rob goes over the rules with Drama and explains what the sandwiches are judged on. There were four different categories. Presentation, Taste, Style, and Spaz (weirdness of the sandwich.)

Just looking at those categories, I knew that Rob would come up with something outrageous. He always does. I knew for a fact that no one would be able to beat Rob in style and spaz. He brings style and spaz to everything he does! The Los Angeles Grilled Cheese Competition was coming up and Rob needed to prepare. Rob and Drama get into Rob's car and drive off.

During the commentary on the season one DVD, Rob mentions something about how the best ideas stem from conversations that Drama and him have while driving in the car. This episode proves that. They are on their way to the Artisan Cheese Gallery, discussing how Rob wants to make the most expensive grilled cheese sandwich known to man, when Drama says it.

Drama - "I am just so intrigued by a cheese store and cheese balling..."
Rob - "You are Cheese Balling! OH MY GOD, That's what it's gonna be! We are Cheese Balling!...We are going to be the Cheese Ballers!"

That's when Rob starts laughing and gets the idea to get everyone together and create outfits and dancers and make a Cheese Ballers crew. They pull up to the Artisan Cheese Gallery and ask which cheese is the most expensive one they carry. They had cow cheese, goat cheese, sheep cheese, and water buffalo cheese. I didn't even know water buffalo could produce cheese. Drama gets the idea to make a necklace out of cheese, and Rob turns that idea into making gold grilled cheese sandwich necklaces. Rob combines the most expensive cheese with the most expensive bread and spends $511.37 before leaving the store. While leaving the store, Rob tells Drama he needs to get back to the warehouse...he is having a super session with a super skater.

We get back to the factory and Rob greets Torey Pudwill in the lobby. Now, if you don't follow skateboarding, you might not know who Torey Pudwill is. I promise, you will after this episode. Torey Pudwill is so talented..it really is incredible to watch him skate. Before I was a fan of Rob Dyrdek, I was a fan of skateboarding in general. I can't skate well myself, but that doesn't mean I don't love and respect the sport. In fact, I frequent theskateclick.blogspot.com just because I love seeing the clips and pictures of some of the best street skaters in the world. Torey Pudwill is a skateboarder from California. He rides pro for Plan B and he just recently won Best Trick at the 2010 Maloof Money Cup. I had the pleasure of seeing Torey skate when I went to the Sk84life party, and I am kicking myself in the ass now for not introducing myself and getting a picture with him. I think I was in such shock that day, I really couldn't think straight or do much.

Anyways, back to Torey. He really is super talented and if you are lucky enough to live on the west coast, I recommend getting tickets to see Rob Dyrdek's Streetleague, not only to see Torey skate live in person, but to see a bunch of other amazing skateboarders as well. I really wish I could attend at least one of the events, but I don't think I will be able to make it because of financial reasons. Hopefully Rob decides to bring the Streetleague somewhere around the Midwest in the near future.

Rob brings Torey into the factory and they play a montage of Rob, Torey and Big Cat skating. Rob tells Torey that he wants to film him doing some of the best tricks that have ever been done in the Factory and Torey is up for the challenge. Torey does not disappoint and he does some incredible tricks for the viewers at home.

Afterward, Torey and Rob sit in his office and discuss Grizzly Grip Tape. Grizzly Grip is a collaboration with Diamond Supply Co. (The same company that Young and Reckless collaborated with in the last episode) started by Torey Pudwill. It specializes in grip tape. Grip tape is a sandpaper-type layer that is placed on top of the board to help shoes grip the board. Torey brought the idea to Rob and asked him if he would ride for the team. Rob tells Torey he would be more than happy to ride for his team, all he wants Torey to do is create an ad filmed at one of Rob's Safe Spot Skate Spots featuring Grizzly Grip. Rob wanted to think of a crazy way to be in the ad with Torey to make sure it would blow up and help promote the company. Torey agrees and they cut to a commercial.

Back at the Factory, Rob is in the DC Lounge preparing some grilled cheese sandwiches. Rob started singing a song about grilled cheese to the melody of Dirty Girl part 1. I loved it! When I am alone in my car, there is a very high chance that I have Dirty Girl part 1, Light's Out, Rob's Mom, or Makin' Moves playing on my iPod. I know each of those songs word for word, and quite often I get odd looks from people when I am at a stoplight because of my enthusiastic belting out of the lyrics. I was so excited to hear Rob sing, it pretty much made my night, haha.

If you aren't familiar with the original Dirty Girl song, there is a part that goes like this -

"What's your man got to do with me? Cause you can come over any night..I got what ya nee-ed"

This time, Rob changed it to -

"What's your expensive bread got to do with me? Cause I could cook up anything, especially a grilled chee-eeese"

Nothing makes me happier than hearing Rob come up with one of his impromptu songs that are so insane yet so catchy.

Rob starts grilling different types of grilled cheese sandwiches to share with the Fantasy Factory employees and get their opinion on the taste. Rob brings samples to Chanel, Geoff, Jeremy and a few other factory employees. They all loved it. Then Rob and Drama head back to the DC Lounge and keep snacking on the sandwiches. Rob tells Drama that these sandwiches are making him fall asleep and he tilts his head back and asks Drama to pour some Nitrous Monster Energy Drink in his mouth. Now..I didn't notice this the first time..I actually got hit up on facebook by one of my friends and he pointed it out to me...Look who makes an appearance in the background of this episode!

The NIPPLE SCULPTURE! I was looking for her up in corpo when Rob was taste testing the sandwiches because she was living in the conference room when he gave it to me. I didn't even THINK to look in the DC Lounge! It was a nice surprise :)

Anyways, Drama tries to pour the Nitrous in Rob's mouth but he keeps laughing. He finally does it and Rob spits it up everywhere. Drama is laughing hard at this point. It is pretty funny. The show cuts and when it comes back we see Rob skateboarding around the factory in a bear suit. I've come to the conclusion that Rob likes to skate while wearing obscure outfits. We had Rob skating in the Lil' Rob Wild Grinders outfit, in the chain shark suit, in the purple shark of giving outfit and now in the bear suit. He is on to something because it does look pretty hilarious when he does it.

Torey Pudwill shows up and goes on in to meet Rob. Rob is waiting at the top of the ramp when Torey walks in, and as soon as he comes in he slides down the ramp and lands right in front of him. The bear suit rob is in...it is official, down to the claws. When Rob does something, he makes sure to do it 100%. He tells Torey he is going to be in the background of his shots while Torey does his trick. They gather up the gang and head to Rob's Safe Spot Skate Spot in Lafayette Park.

They meet up with Yoon Sul, a professional skateboard photographer. They discuss what they want to get for the shot and then Torey goes for it. They show him taking a couple falls and then he nails it! Rob gives him a giant bear hug and they cut to commercial.

They come back and Chanel is practicing a cheer leading routine with a few dancers. Drama asks what is going on and Rob explains that Chanel was a varsity cheerleader in high school and she is making a cheer leading routine to support the Cheese Ballers.

Rob tells Drama that there is a lot to get done.

Rob - "They want outfits, you know what I mean? They asked for spaz factor and flair..."

They cut to one of the dancers doing a move and then we hear Drama say "Oh, they are spazzing out there."

That was definitely a laugh out loud moment.

Rob tells Drama to open his mouth and he shakes a can. Drama asks if it is spray paint and Rob doesn't answer, he just tells him to open his mouth. Drama listens and Rob shoots a gold spray into his mouth. Drama is grossed out and asks what it is and Rob tells him it is gold food coloring. Rob tells Drama he plans on coating the grilled cheese sandwiches with this food coloring so they look like gold pieces. Then Rob proceeds to sit Drama down and spray paint a gold beard on his face. Drama looked hilarious! It really isn't something I can describe, it needs to be seen. After that, Rob sprays the food coloring onto his mouth and teeth. "Ballin!"

In the next scene, Rob brings Torey Pudwill in to meet Jeremy. Rob talks about how Jeremy always looks out for Rob's best interest and likes him to own percentages of companies that he is a part of. Rob told him he isn't going to do that this time, he just wanted to be there for Torey and help with the ad. Jeremy mentions how he has heard Torey's name around the factory and Rob says he is one of the greatest skateboarders alive. Jeremy makes a joke about how Rob is getting old and he is looking for a Plan B. It was funny. He gives Torey his card and they shake hands.

There is a commercial break and when we come back it is time to see the Cheese Ballers in action! Rob calls Drama into his office and he is wearing a basketball jersey with the Cheese Ballers logo on it, designed by Rob's very talented graphic designer, Tracy Tubera. He also is wearing a diamond grilled cheese chain. He had ones made for Drama and Big Cat as well. Rob calls out the "cheese-ettes" aka the Cheese Ballers cheer leaders. They grab their ingredients and head out to the Grilled Cheese Invitational.

I was amazed at the amount of people who actually showed up for a grilled cheese competition. The competition starts and the Cheese Ballers are doing great! Rob was giving tastes out to the crowd and everyone was loving it. The competition ended and they were waiting for the results. 3rd place was announced and it wasn't the Cheese Ballers. 2nd place was announced and they didn't get that either. It was time for 1st place and you could see the anticipation on the Cheese Baller's faces. They were so bummed out when 1st place went to some guy with a blue mohawk. They were convinced everyone was just hating on them because they went harder than anyone else. I am going to have to agree...there was no one at that competition that put forth the money and effort like Rob did.

They climb into Rob's car and on the drive back to the factory they discuss how next year they are going to come back with ex-lax grilled cheese sandwiches just to get back at the judges! haha. The credits start rolling and they come back with the three second clip of Rob in his bear suit trying to kiss Jeremy. I loved it! I am always excited to see which three second clip the editors decide to use at the end of the show.

This was another GREAT episode! Like I said before, each episode is getting better and better, so I can only imagine what is in store for the rest of the season! Next week Rob introduces us to Barry Bright, a new alter ego who writes jingles! And for all the guys out there, we finally get to see the footage from Chanel's Maxim photoshoot! I can't wait for next week!

Season 3 Episode 2 of Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory!

This episode was so crazy, I don't even know where to begin! It was so good! So much fun stuff went on in this episode, and I don't want to leave anything out of this re-cap, so it might run kind of long.

The focus of the episode was Drama's clothing line, Young and Reckless. Rob felt that Drama hadn't done too many reckless things in his life, and he needed to prove himself before he could be in charge of the brand. There were so many hilarious and outrageous moments...it was just a great episode all around.

The two things in life I love most right now are Dogs and Fantasy Factory. The episode opened with Beefy attacking Rob with kisses. To me, this was amazing. Most people will never ever let their dogs kiss them on their face. Personally, I love getting kisses from puppies. Apparently so does Rob Dyrdek. There was a solid 20 or 30 seconds of straight licks to the face. Watching Beefy kiss Rob on the screen...it looked really familiar to me. After I watched the episode, I went back on my computer and I realized why.

When I was at the Factory, I was in Rob's office and Chris Cole from Rob's Streetleague came in to talk to Rob for a second. I took that opportunity to sit on the floor and play with Meaty and Beefy. Meaty loved getting scratches, but Beefy was a straight kisser. All she wanted to do was kiss! Luckily, my sister snapped a couple of pictures.

This is one of the best side by side comparisons I've ever seen! I am SO HAPPY my sister took that photo. Incredible.

Anyways, the second thing that came to mind watching Rob kiss Beefy...this isn't the first time they opened the show like this. Think back to season one, specifically season 1 episode 6. Beefy was just a little baby and she would not stop licking Rob's ear.

"I don't know what I got on, but it sure is tasty."

Not the first time they put this in the show, and hopefully not the last. I love the puppy footage.

The opening credits start rolling, and then they come back in Drama's office. Drama was getting ready for his Diamond Company/Young and Reckless t-shirt release party. Rob asked Drama, "Why is it called Young and Reckless?" and Drama responded "Because I am young, and I am reckless." Then Rob called Drama out and said really, he doesn't see how he is reckless. In fact, he hasn't seen Drama ever do anything reckless in his whole life! That was the setup for the episode. He told Drama he wants to see him get reckless and start doing some sketchy stuff. He had a couple four-wheelers and he told Drama to jump on one and start acting reckless. Drama couldn't get it to start, haha. Once it was started, Rob told him to ride it up the step.

Awesome quotes from this scene -

Rob - "You gotta live it! You can't just talk about it, you are like a studio rapper right now!"

Rob - "Sometimes, you just go for it."
Drama - "I hear you man, but sometimes, you calculate."

Drama got the courage and rode up the ramp, but he caught a tiny bit of air and smashed the back wheels on the landing, haha. I have never seen anyone who has trouble with every single crazy thing they try to do. It really is hilarious.

After that, Rob asked Drama to ride it up onto the bank ramp and Drama was hesitant. Rob took it into his own hands and rode up the ramp. It pretty much launched him into the wall, haha. He could have gotten hurt, but it was pretty cool to watch. Rob told Drama he needs to live the brand and find his inner young and reckless.

They cut away and came back in the Hands of God studio. Drama is getting ready and they are about to leave for the party. They walk outside and Big Cat is in his car pulling away, but the car is on the verge of breaking down. As soon as Rob and Drama walk up to it, it shuts down and Drama makes a comment about how the same car shut down on him when he was 16. Drama should have thought a little bit before saying that, because then Rob told Drama to be honest with his brother and tell him what else happened in that car when he was 16. Drama said he lost his virginity in the backseat, then Rob attempted to re-create that moment by dry humping the back seat. It was pretty hilarious to watch, though I did feel a little bad for Drama. It can not feel great to have all of America learning about how and when you lost your virginity, haha.

Rob told Big Cat he needed a new car and asked what kind he would like to represent him. Big Cat said he wanted a cop car. So random, haha. Then Rob said he was taking the whole Big Cat thing too far, "Oh, I'm in a cop car, rawr, rawr," haha. You kind of have to see that part to laugh at it...typed our roars don't do justice to hearing Rob say it.

After the commercial break, they come back and Rob and Drama are on their way to the party. Drama told Rob he appreciates Rob coming out to support him, because usually it's the other way around. Then Rob starts fake crying and making a big deal out of Drama growing up. It was pretty funny. Then Drama says, "alright, I shouldn't have said it. It was just a quick manly thank you and you just...you have a really ugly cry face," haha.

They get to the party and the camera scans the crowd. Chanel is in there, Big Cat is there, then Chad Ochocinco comes over to them and Rob tells him that they are from Ohio and says that he is a huge Bengals fan but Drama is a Browns fan. Then Ochocinco says "Everyone in their life has flaws," haha. Poor Drama always getting put on blast. Rob invites Ochocinco to the factory and asks him to help bring out Drama's reckless side.

They cut away and when they come back Rob gets Drama out of his office and tells him he wants to show him how to be reckless. He has a sledge hammer in his hand, and he walks by Big Cat's den with the sledge hammer and says, "I am going to use your car to show your brother how to be reckless" Then Big Cat says, "Wait, what?" and follows him outside.

Rob took the sledgehammer to the car and just started beating the crap out of it. If you've ever driven a crappy car, busting it up, breaking the windows and denting it with a sledgehammer is something that has definitely crossed your mind. It is something you've always wanted to do, but never let yourself. It was awesome watching Rob get to do it. Then he handed the hammer to Drama and they both went to work on it. It kinda reminded me of the second to last episode of Rob and Big when Rob was convinced that there were mice in his bathroom walls and he completely annihilated the bathroom with a sledgehammer. That was a little different though. That time it was out of frustration. This time it was all for fun and recklessness.

While Rob and Drama were demolishing the car, Big Cat was standing by with a look of slight horror and sadness on his face. Drama finished it off by taking off the side mirror with the hammer. Rob told Big Cat that he would buy him a new car and as Rob and Drama walked away, the camera cut to Big Cat staring sadly at his car.

After the car scene, it cuts to Rob in his office, dressed as a Bengal. I assumed that it was time for Chad Ochocinco to visit the factory. Ochocinco sees Rob all dressed up and starts laughing and as Rob was talking to him, Meaty was trying to chew apart the costume, haha. Rob jumped a bike into the foam pit and OchoCinco wanted to give it a shot. It looked to me like he barely cleared it into the pit. Good thing too...As Rob said with Lamar Odom...we don't want any season enders.

After that Ochocinco got on a skateboard and he was doing pretty good. He did way better than I could, that's for sure. Then they wheeled in this weird contraption. I honestly had no idea what it was. I've never seen it before and I've never heard of it. It's called a trebuchet and I guess its purpose is to launch things pretty far. It was created back in the middle ages to launch things over walls. (thanks wikipedia)

Ochocinco was nice enough to bring it to Rob as a gift. They were thinking about what to launch and Rob suggested they launch the girly Drama mannequin. Drama replied with "yes, please."

Ever since the "Extreme Timmy" episode, I just can't help but laugh at the drama/mannequin relationship. I think a large part of it is the montage of Drama and Timmy at the end of that episode. Whenever the words "Drama" and "Mannequin" are used together, Love Bites by Def Leppard immediately streams in my brain and the montage plays. The first time I saw it, I was literally crying from laughing so hard. That is just something that will never get old to me, so I love whenever it is referenced in the show.

When Rob launched Lady Drama, she flew really hard. She hit the ceiling and when she hit the ground her feet fell off and she was smashed in a few places. Rob does the craziest stuff on this show...I mean, who would ever think to get a trebuchet and launch a mannequin that is dressed to look like a female version of Drama? It is completely random but at the same time perfect and hilarious.

They cut to a commercial and when they came back it was time to reveal Big Cat's new car. I already knew what it looked like from the trailer and twitter pictures, but I was still excited to see the reveal. Rob ran outside and told Drama that when he honks the horn, to pull the door up. Rob disappears and all we can hear is a faint meow. It gets louder and it turns out to be the horn noise. Rob replaced the horn with a meow. Genius. Drama pulls the door up and Rob drives in a furry orange car with a nose, eyes, ears, and even whiskers. It was pretty amazing. They show Rob, Drama and Big Cat rolling down the street in the cat car and getting all kinds of stares and honks. If i saw that car driving down the street here in Chicago...I'd be pretty surprised. In LA...I think it might be a little more accepted. I've seen some pretty weird things on my trips out there. Nonetheless, I'd whip out my cell phone and take a picture. It's not every day you see a large orange cat rolling down the street.

Rob knew that it would be a little much for Big Cat to drive the furry car around all the time, so when they get back to the factory, he slips off the furry cover to reveal a cop car painted with tiger stripes. It looked really awesome. It's the perfect car for Big Cat. Big Cat looked pretty excited about it. He even let out a meow. Big Cat meowing and roaring is something that will also never get old to me. So hilarious.

They cut to commercial once more and when they come back Rob walks in to Drama's office and yells, "What are you?! What are you man?!" Drama replied with "I'm reckless man!" Then Rob told Drama that he had a way for Drama to test his recklessness. He asked Drama if he trusted him and told him he doesn't want him to die or break a bone, but getting a few teeth knocked would be fine. Rob tells Drama that everyone is coming along and they pile into the Cat Car. While driving, Rob tells Drama he got it set up for Drama to test his recklessness by jumping off of a building. Drama freaks out a little bit and then they pull up to a building with three open holes in it. The lowest one says Young and Regular. The one above that says Young and Risky. Then the one at the top of the building says Young and Reckless. Rob told Drama that if he can't jump out of Young and Reckless, the company should be turned over to him and he will give a piece to Chanel and Big Cat too. They shook on it and went into the building.

On the elevator ride up, Drama looks genuinely scared. The camera inched to the edge and even though I wasn't there, my legs felt a little wobbly for some reason. It was pretty terrifying. I am scared of heights though, so this really would freak me the hell out. Rob started counting Drama down and he was so terrified, he couldn't do it. He finally got up the courage and launched out the building. He landed pretty perfectly on the target. He wasn't hurt at all and once he got down, Rob was left upstairs by himself. Rob looked scared, but he took the leap and he also landed smack in the middle. It was really insane.

Awesome quote from this scene -

Rob - "I'm so glad I have brands like Wild Grinders and DC, cause living Young and Reckless is a little scary."

The episode ended with the four of them getting back into the Cat Car and heading back to the Factory.

Overall, I thought this episode was great. They packed so many fun and exciting things into one episode, and it made it feel like it was longer than a half hour. Also, it was all about Young and Reckless, and I am pretty sure because of it, sales will go up a little bit for Drama. I know after the show I went on and bought a hoodie and a couple of t-shirts. A few other people I know did the same thing.

One other thing I noticed in this episode...Rob didn't really call Drama "Drama." He referred to him as Chris on three separate occasions. The only times I've noticed him doing that in previous episodes were when The Dyrdek's were in town or when they visited them in Myrtle Beach. It really isn't crucial to the show, just a small detail I noticed.

You can always count on Rob Dyrdek and the Fantasy Factory crew to deliver funny moments. If you haven't watched the episode, do it! It was really funny and there are quite a few moments in the show that are impossible to describe in words.

Next week is the Grilled Cheese competition! I can't wait to see what The Cheese Ballers have in store for us!

Season 3 Episode 1 of Rob Dyrdek's Fantasy Factory!

Yesterday was the season premiere of Fantasy Factory! I feel like I need to write my review of episode number one, just because I've been waiting so long to see it air, and this blog is basically 30% Carli's Life and 70% Rob Dyrdek. Actually, I was so excited about the episode, I decided to cure my boredom earlier in the day by baking a Fantasy Factory cake. I'm not much of a baker, but I do think that it turned out pretty damn cool. Even Tracy and Geoff from the show liked it!

The week or so leading up to the episode, Rob and the Fantasy Factory crew were posting clips from the premiere episode. They opened this show with my favorite one! Amazing first 20 seconds!

The show opened with a clip of Rob, Big Cat, Drama and Chanel driving on the expressway. They had the windows rolled down and apparently the guy next to Rob was a fan and he got a little too excited to see him. He yelled out "Hey, Rob, What up man?!" Then Rob, being the super nice guy that he is, responded "Hey, not much...how you doin man? Careful, careful!" then...crash. The guy rear-ended the car in front of him! Now...I can't hate on the guy. I would have a hard time concentrating if I was next to Rob Dyrdek in traffic too...but this scene was hilarious. It was funny on it's own, but then everyone in the car starts cracking up and I think Chanel's laughing voice made the scene. It was a contagious laughter and I can't imagine any fan seeing that clip and not laughing out loud. Perfect beginning.

The opening credits start rolling and obviously I am extremely pumped up at this point. The first scene was Rob in Drama's new office, hiding up by the ceiling in the corner, waiting for Drama to come in. Drama comes and Rob jumps down and scares him. Funny stuff. Then, Rob proceeds to introduce the viewers to Drama's new office by teasing Drama about the new wallpaper Drama put in that features Drama's face which is larger than life.

Then, Rob shows us Big Cat's new office, which is in the same location that Drama's mini mogul office used to be, you know, with his mini mogul ledge? Except Rob tore the walls down and built a giant cage with a jungle background and a desk. Kind of like...Big Cat's den. Then...Rob roars at Big Cat and Big Cat roars back. That was it for me...busted out laughing. Big Cat roaring was one of the funniest things I've seen in the whole series, and that says a lot because every episode in this series is hilarious. I think it is because Big Cat is so quiet and awkward. Hearing him roar was something so completely unexpected, you can't not laugh. It was amazing.

After that, Rob brings Drama into his office to show him a video of Vaughn Gittin Jr (the worlds best drift racer), and explains how Vaughn Gittin came to him about creating a skateboarding car. Now...I heard of the skateboarding car from the promos and from the sk84life party, but I really had no idea what to expect. Even when Rob was explaining the idea to Drama, it still was nothing like actually seeing what it can do. We will get to that later.

After that, Ryan Sheckler shows up and Rob shows him how he changed up the factory this season. I thought that was a good way to show the viewers the changes. There were a lot of changes this season, all of which are awesome. The biggest changes are the new bank ramp that Rob built that leads into the Wild Grinders skate area, that goes into a concrete wave and then a mini ramp. Really...this place was incredible for skaters before, but now its just ridiculous. It has to be every skateboarders dream. When I was there, I saw it, but I didn't see anyone actually skate it all at once. Seeing it on the show was awesome. They showed a montage of Ryan Sheckler, Rob, Big Cat and Drama skating and my favorite part was Big Cat grinding UP the rail. Pretty impressive. Also...Drama has stepped his skateboarding game up a little bit.

After that, they cut into the next scene which is Rob teasing Drama about his huge face some more.

Awesome quote from this scene -
Rob - "I'm man enough to admit...you're gorgeous."
Drama - "It's like only you know how to complement somebody and still make them feel whack."

Rob keeps teasing Drama about his male model poses and then the setup for the main joke of the episode -

Rob - "If you found a girl that looked just like you, would you date her?"

At this point, I knew it was time to get ready for the masks. When I was at the factory on that amazing day, Rob gave me a Drama mask. I didn't really know what it was, but Rob said that I will love it. He told me that they use them in the season premiere to make fun of Drama, and Drama walks in and everyone is wearing one. I asked him if it was funnier than Extreme Timmy, and he told me it was. So I was very anxious to see the mask in action.

They cut to commercial and when they come back, Rob is in a go-kart. Rob is drifting around the factory and he pulls it up to the office and tells Drama to get in.

"Get IN THERE MAN!" - same voice as when Rob was telling Drama to clean Timmy...it was hilarious.

Then Drama started driving around and hurt himself on a turn, haha. Only Drama. Drama gained speed and was coming up a ramp while Rob was yelling at him to "Hammer it," and then, Drama...well he hammered it. He caught air and slammed the go-kart into the concrete. It seriously looked like he got whip-lash. Rob was laughing so hard and when Rob laughs, everybody laughs. Rob's laugh is also contagious. Such a funny scene. Drama said "I'm just not made for these kind of things," and it's so true. That's what made it so funny.

Then Rob wanted to grind the go-kart. Very sketchy. Rob had a hilarious comment about Rob, Drama and Big Cat all being scared and being in a "Fear-Bond." I don't know where Rob comes up with these phrases, but I am so glad he does. So funny. Rob does a line with the car, grinds and flies into the foam pit. Incredible. It was crazy in a go-kart, so imagine it in a full sized race car! Then Rob makes another comment about them all being scared and wrapping their arms around his man waist. Too funny.

After that segment...mask time. Rob shows up at Big Cat's den with three Drama masks and some Young and Reckless outfits. They looked so SO funny! I was already laughing, but then they stick the mask on Chanel and everyone in the room lost it. SO FUNNY. Drama comes in and sees three other drama's staring at him. Then, Chanel does her giggle while wearing Drama's face and it was so funny. Really, it is so hard to explain. If you haven't seen the episode, you need to, haha.

Then Rob makes another one of my favorite quotes from this episode. He brings Drama into his office and there is a mannequin there with a wig on wearing the drama mask and Rob says,

"I couldn't find a girl for you who looked just like you, and I know how much you like mannequins, so I just figured, hey, here's your own Drama sweetheart."

I was rolling at this point. THEN Rob starts rubbing his face on Drama's with the Drama mask...Oh man, I honestly am having a lot of trouble explaining this, haha. It was funny, trust me. After that, cut to commercial.

When it returns, Vaughn Gittin shows up and is checked into the factory by Chanel. He comes to see Rob and shows him the layouts and ideas of what makes up the skateboarding car. When hearing how its described, it sounds impossible. Vaughn brings the car into the factory and Rob stalls it on first try, haha.

Cut to commercial, come back, and they show up at the Skateboarding Car Park. Now..I could sit here and try to explain it, but I couldn't. You NEED to watch this to understand it. They boardslide, they 50-50 grind, they LIPSLIDE!. Incredible. Then, Rob gets behind the wheel and he gaps to 50-50! Ridiculous. The look on the Rob's face while he is driving is pure joy. You could tell he was having the time of his life. It was really something that everyone who enjoys skateboarding at all needs to see.

After that, Rob goes back into Drama's office with the mask, and shows him one last thing. Rob brings him into the bathroom and Drama's HUGE face is over the toilet with his tounge on the toilet seat. Really really funny stuff. It ends with Rob saying,

"Thank you man, for being so pretty. I mean that."

So yeah, incredible season opener. I did not find one flaw within this episode, the whole thing was perfect. Though, there was no Jeremy or Tracy in the episode! I know they will be around, there is a clip of Jeremy falling on roller skates which I know will be hilarious. My brother said he would have liked to see a little more Chanel, but I'm sure Chanel will get plenty of face time this season.

One thing I LOVED was all the screen time Big Cat had. He never really was a part of all the main action during the last couple seasons, but he was around for all the activities this time. I think it will be a good season for him. I know there can be a lot of funny moments when you mix Rob's outgoing personality and Big Cat's awkwardness.

Next week's episode features Chad OchoCinco and a lot of Young and Reckless, so that should be fun. I really have a good feeling about this season, everyone that is a part of the show did such a good job, from the main cast to the producers, camera men and editors. Very well done. A+
